The Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is the latest in Samsung’s line of flagship phones. It features a number of interesting features, such as a fingerprint scanner, an S-Pen stylus, and multiple sensors in the top bezel. These features and more make this smartphone a must-have for any mobile enthusiast.
Multiple sensors in the top bezel:
Samsung has unveiled its latest iteration of the Galaxy Watch, and it’s equipped with a slew of new sensors and trinkets.
The latest offering comes with a faux metallic bezel and a new set of sensors in the guise of health monitoring. It also has a self-capacitive touchscreen layer, an air call-accept sensor, and 23 quick toggles.
Samsung has also upgraded its famous “Fall Detection” feature to alert users when they take a fumble-worthy tumble.
This is not only the first time the company has included this feature in its flagship smartwatch, but it’s also the first time it’s been introduced in such a high-end device.
In the spirit of the “smartphone,” Samsung has also introduced its own bioactive sensor for measuring heart rate and body composition.
Aside from the novelty of being able to track your body’s fat and muscle mass, the BioActive Sensor also enables some very useful tricks, including a “smart” mode, where the display changes color depending on your activity level.
S-Pen stylus:
S Pen is a stylus that can be used with a Samsung Galaxy Note. It is a multi-functional accessory that can be used for drawing, writing, and even capturing notes. In addition, the pen is compatible with other S Pens in your device.
The S Pen is also used to annotate and edit PDF files. You can also set the pen to be a remote control. When the S Pen is connected to the device, it can be used to start and stop media. Also, if the battery is low, the pen can be reconnected.
If you want to use the S Pen for taking notes, you’ll need to turn on the note-taking feature. This feature allows you to take notes while the phone is locked. However, you need to pull out the S Pen after locking the phone. Afterward, you can write your notes in the Notes app.
Water-resistant:
If the rumors are true, Samsung’s next phablet could be water-resistant and dust resistant. It is expected to come with a 5.8-inch screen, 6GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage.
The Galaxy Note 6 will be IP68 certified, which means it has passed the same testing as the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. It is also rumored to have a large QHD (1440×2560 pixels) screen and a 12-megapixel rear camera with a Super OIS Plus sensor.

He also noted that the Galaxy S9 and S9+ will feature a traditional on-back fingerprint sensor. This is expected to be placed on the back of the device, below the camera module.
Iris scanner:
A new report has suggested that Samsung is getting ready to introduce an iris scanner on its next Galaxy Note smartphone. It will be a nice addition to the security features that already make up the Note series.
Iris scanning technology is thought to be a better alternative to fingerprint scanning. As well as providing an extra level of security, iris recognition has been touted as being more accurate and less prone to error.
Currently, a few handsets support iris scanning. These include the Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950XL, which both feature enhanced security. However, they’re not a shining example. Rather, it’s the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 that’s actually got an iris scanner.
The iris scanner on the Galaxy Note 7 is actually a feature that’s been in development for a while now. This is due to the fact that Samsung has invested in EyeVerify, a company that’s made eye detection software for Android devices.
