Canon G6020 Driver for Windows

The Canon G6020 Driver is an inkjet printer with a high-yield ink system that provides dependable efficiency for low-volume printing. Its small size helps conserve valuable space.

The flatbed scanner included with this all-in-one worked fine, scanning documents and color photographs. However, it lacks an automatic document feeder, which limits its usability.

Wireless Printing:

The PIXMA G6020 offers wireless printing capabilities, meaning you can print documents and photos from virtually anywhere.

It supports a variety of mobile printing protocols, including Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, and Mopria. You can also connect it to your smartphone or tablet using the Canon PRINT application.

The printer has a sleek and compact body, making it easy to store. The control panel has a handful of physical buttons and a two-line display that lacks backlighting. The printer’s low operating costs make it a good option for home office use.

First, ensure that the printer is connected to your wireless network. Then, launch the setup wizard to begin installing the software on your computer.

Once the installation is complete, you can start printing. The printer is compatible with Windows and Mac OS X. If you’re using a Mac, follow the on-screen prompts to configure the device to your Wi-Fi network. Then, download the printer driver from the provided link.

Auto Duplex Printing:

The Canon G6020 is an inkjet multifunction printer that works as a printer, scanner, and copier. It has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and supports many popular mobile printing protocols, including Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print. This makes it easy to print from your smartphone or tablet.

The printer can automatically print two-sided documents, which can save paper and time. It also has a flatbed scanner that can handle thicker documents and books. In our tests, it produced sharp text documents and beautiful, borderless photos. We noticed some mild banding in color and grayscale graphics copies, though.

Using the Canon PRINT app4, you can easily adjust, edit and print your documents from your smartphone or tablet. You can also print from cloud services like Google Drive and Dropbox.

This printer can also connect to wireless and Ethernet networks for a quick, simple setup. It’s an excellent choice for your everyday printing needs, from school reports to colorful flyers.

Print Resolution:

Canon PIXMA G6020 is a wireless all-in-one printer that supports Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity. It has a high-yield ink system and can print thousands of pages before needing a refill.

It prints at a high resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi for clear documents and detailed color images. It also has a MegaTank integrated ink tank that eliminates the cartridge and holds enough ink for 6000 astounding black or 7700 color prints.

It has a 250-sheet front and rear paper tray to accommodate large jobs. It also has a built-in USB port for connecting to a computer. The Canon PRINT app lets you conveniently adjust and edit printing settings from your smartphone.

The Canon PIXMA G6020 is compatible with Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Mopria Device Printing, and the Canon Print Service app for Android devices (v4.4 and later).

Voice control is supported with an Amazon Alexa account linked to the paired smart assistant. Printing from a mobile device requires the Canon Print Service app and an active Wi-Fi connection.

Print Speed:

Using its 4800 x 1200 dpi print resolution, the Canon G6020 delivers sharp and crisp text at impressive speeds. It also has amazing printing, scanning, and copying capabilities. This wireless all-in-one printer works on a regular paper size and can print in a variety of formats.

In our lab tests, the G6020 produced high-quality prints with excellent text clarity and color accuracy. Its graphics also looked good, with attractive textures and generally well-saturated colors. However, we did see some mild banding in the prints and noticed some pixelation in a couple of graphics with fine details.

In our tests, the Canon G6020 printed a black document in 9 seconds and a borderless photo on standard-sized paper in about 14 seconds.

It’s continuous printing of black documents achieved 13.0 images per minute (rpm), while its continuous printing of color pages reached 6.8 pm.

This is quite fast for a mega tank model that uses inexpensive ink. Nonetheless, its speed is still lower than the Epson ET-4760’s.
